This was waaaay back in 2024, and I managed to get to the third round of the NYC Midnight year-long short story competition. I was an honorable mention for the final round, but didn’t quite make it through–alas! But now that the date has passed (and then some) that I was not allowed to post my entries publicly until, I’m going to post them here! None of these are my usual fare, as the NYC Midnight contest randomly assigns you things to write about, including the genre!
